-
An abstract of 150-250 words for article submissions.

-
Illustrations with reference numbers and full captions attached at the end of manuscript.
-
To facilitate double-blind peer-review, delete all information that could reveal the author’s identity.
-
Submit all written materials as a single Microsoft Word file.
-
Video art and digital art that contains moving elements may be submitted as separate files in any generally available format.

Images and Illustrations
All images, with caption information, should be in the artist’s or author’s possession when submitting your work to ArtSurvey for consideration. ArtSurvey encourages authors to employ fair use policies for works in copyright. It is the responsibility of the author to determine whether fair use policies may be invoked for third-party materials. Authors will need to obtain permission for third-party works that do not fall under fair use and cover fees associated with their use. Any documents granting image permissions should be kept by the author, and promptly provided to ArtSurvey when submitting final materials for publication.

Review Process
Submissions to ArtSurvey will be screened by the executive editor and, if of initial interest, sent out for double-blind review.
ArtSurvey uses a double-blind review process when evaluating submitted work for publication. Therefore, it is important that no identifying information is included in the body of the work.

Accepted Submissions
If your submission has been accepted by ArtSurvey, you will be notified via the email address provided on the submission’s cover page. If there are any adjustments that need to be made to your submission file, you will be notified and given 2 weeks to send any corrections. At this time, you will need to finalize all image permissions and provide copies of all documents granting image permissions to ArtSurvey, along with any higher resolutions image files you may have for publication.
